Fingerprinted on sire. Schar was issued a $25,000.00 non-surety bond set by shift supervisor Sgt. Rodriguez Schlar was then presented his BPD Bond Form with his court date of 02/01/2022 at 0900 hour at 101 Lafayette Street in Hartford. Schlar stated he understood and signed at its completed, where he was provided a copy for his reference.

Let it be known while undergoing treatment and evaluation, Schlar was observed to trick a nurse into helping him urinate, to then start to masturbate in front of her. Schlar continued to do this until he was asked to stop multiple times. Schlar would then flash his penis to another nurse walking by, and when told to stop, he began to laugh. After fingerprinting Schlar prior to his release, Schlar used the leftover ink on his hands to paint a fake moustache and his blacken his outer eyes. Schlar stated he as "Hitler" when asked why he painted his face.
