doing "donuts" with his vehicle. Claire stated as the male left the parking lot and drove towards the Cigna building, she ran towards the vehicle hoping to get the license plate number. Claire stated as she tried to get the license plate number on the vehicle, the operator then started driving the vehicle towards them. Claire stated everyone started screaming and Stephanie grabbed her daughter and tried to run away. Claire stated the operator of the vehicle then began backing up then speeding towards them in a threatening way. Claire stated the vehicle then went onto the grass. Claire stated the vehicle then came back onto the road and the operator got out of his vehicle which was when Police arrived on scene. Claire described the male as a white male, heavy set, possibly in his forties with salt and pepper curly hair. Claire stated the male was wearing a dark colored over coat. Claire was able to provide a sworn written statement of the above information.

I then spoke with Stephanie Alessi-Larosa (DOB: 12/1/86) on the phone. Stephanie stated her along with her parents (Claire and Anthony Alessi) and her daughter, went on a walk at the Cigna campus. Stephanie stated as they were walking, a red vehicle started to speed forward then stop then speed forward and stop again while driving behind her parents. Stephanie stated when she saw that happening, she picked up her daughter and began walking on the grassy area where they were. Stephanie stated as she was walking the vehicle then drove on to the grassy area towards her. Stephanie stated the vehicle came within ten feet of her and her daughter. Stephanie stated she was afraid the vehicle was going to hit her and her daughter and she started running away. Stephanie stated as she was running, she twisted her ankle. Stephanie stated she did not fall and continued to run until she got to the car where she placed her daughter in safely. Stephanie stated she did not need medical attention.
