Grove Road towards Hall Boulevard. Susan described the operator of the vehicle as a white male, possibly heavy set with dark colored hair, wearing sunglasses, no facial hair, and wearing a dark colored coat. Susan described the suspect vehicle as a small red four door vehicle, possibly a Chevy. Susan was able to provide a sworn written statement of the above information.
I then spoke with Jacob Zamstein. Jacob stated at approximately 1130 hours, he began walking around the Cigna campus. Jacob stated after approximately 20-30 minutes, he began to walk towards his vehicle to get ready to go home. Jacob stated he was near the basketball courts as he began walking back to his vehicle. Jacob stated as he was walking, he saw a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed with the windows down. Jacob stated when he got to his vehicle, he received a call from his wife stating a man had driven onto the sidewalk, turned around, and began following her. Jacob stated he then picked his wife up near the Club House of the golf course and decided to drive around and locate the vehicle. Jacob described the operator of the vehicle as a white heavy set male, with dark hair, wearing sunglasses, and a dark sweat shirt or jacket. Jacob stated the male was possibly in his thirties. The vehicle the male was driving was a small red four door sedan, possibly an older model vehicle with a loud muffler. Jacob was able to provide a sworn written statement of the above information.
I then met with Claire Alessi (DOB: 1/25/55) and Anthony Alessi (DOB: 10/22/54). Claire stated that she and Anthony were on a walk at Cigna with their daughter, Stephanie Alessi-Larosa (DOB: 12/1/86) and granddaughter Claire stated at an entry loop, a red chevy came speeding near them, driving erratically. Claire stated the vehicle then drove onto the golf course and went behind a building. Claire stated after approximately ten minutes, the vehicle sped into the parking lot and she heard him
