hours, she saw a red vehicle go through a stop sign without stopping at a high rate of speed. Susan stated approximately ten minutes later as she was jogging westbound back towards Cigna near the basketball courts, she heard the red vehicle behind her due to its loud music and loud muffler. Susan stated as she continued jogging, the vehicle drove past her and onto the sidewalk before entering a parking lot. Susan stated as she past the parking lot where the vehicle was located, she saw the vehicle come out and start following her. Susan stated the vehicle began driving at a slow rate of speed following her as she was jogging. Susan stated she felt uncomfortable by the vehicle following and turned around to jog the other way. Susan stated the vehicle continued to drive forward and she called Jacob to come pick her up. Susan stated her and Jacob then went to look for the vehicle to get the license plate so they could contact the police. Susan stated as they were driving near the basketball courts, they saw the red vehicle. Susan stated they were stopped at a stop sign and were going to take a right onto the next road. Susan stated as they were turning, the operator of the vehicle took a very sharp left turn and nearly collided with their vehicle. Susan stated she then called 911. Susan stated Jacob then began following the vehicle to get the license plate number. Susan stated the vehicle turned into a parking area near the picnic tables. Susan stated the operator of the vehicle then exited the parking area and began traveling towards them traveling on the wrong side of the road. Susan stated Jacob put their vehicle in reverse to avoid getting hit. Susan stated as they were backing up, the vehicle continued to drive forward, nearly colliding with their vehicle. Susan stated Jacob was then able to create enough distance to place their vehicle into drive
and speed off away from the red vehicle. Susan stated as they were driving away, the red vehicle had turned around and began following them. Susan stated Jacob exited the Cigna campus onto Bloomfield Avenue and traveled northbound towards Cottage Grove Road where a Suffield Officer had been parked. Susan stated Jacob parked their vehicle behind the Suffield police cruiser. Susan stated when the operator of the red vehicle had realized they were parked behind a Police cruiser, the operator sped off westbound on Cottage
